How to prepare the all’ortolana savory pie

Cut the vegetables into strips.

Unroll the first roll of shortcrust pastry and cut it into strips. Put one strip aside and intertwine the others, placing the vegetables.

Place a final strip of pasta on the opposite side to close the rustic.

Cook the remaining vegetables in the pan with a little oil. Salt and fry until the vegetables are tender.

Unroll the second roll of shortcrust pastry and arrange the slices of ham, cheese and cooked vegetables. Lay the woven rustic over it and close the edges.

Bake in a static oven at 190°C for 20 minutes.

The vegetable pie is ready to be served.
