The production of the cream is very quick and easy, and with just a few simple ingredients you can bring to the table an authentic but at the same time delicious delicacy, suitable even for the little ones at home.

THE body they are peeled, cut into small pieces and cooked with a little water until soft soft; they are mixed with an immersion blender and the puree obtained is left to cool in a bowl. Applesauce replaces the milk and, once incorporated into the mixture of egg yolks, sugar and cornstarch, it is cooked over high heat until it thickens slightly.

How to prepare apple and cinnamon cream

Peel the apples, remove the central core, the pips and cut them into small pieces 1.

Transfer the apples to a saucepan 2.

Pour water to cover them 3.
