How to make an apple pancake

Mix milk with seed oil, egg, sugar and vanillin. Add flour, baking powder and cinnamon.

Peel the apples, remove the seeds and cut them into slices.

Dip the apple slices in the batter and fry them on both sides.

Serve the pancakes with melted white chocolate and crushed hazelnuts, or with hazelnut and strawberry cream.


Cinnamon is an optional ingredient. If you don’t like its taste, you can avoid adding it.


Store leftover pancakes in the refrigerator and reheat before eating. However, remember to eat them the next day, to prevent them from hardening.
