How to make apple pudding pie

Peel the apples and cut them into pieces. Put them in a plastic bag, close it and poke holes with the skewer. Microwave the apples for 10 minutes.

Once the time has elapsed, mix them with an immersion blender and add the gelatin powder.

Cook in a bain-marie to soften the mixture.

Then mix with an electric whisk to assemble the dough.

Pour it into the rectangular mold and leave it in the fridge for 1 hour.

Sprinkle icing sugar over the cake.

Advice

Don’t keep the rest in the fridge too long or it might freeze.
