Cut the zucchini into long pieces.
Stick a toothpick into each piece and salt.
Combine the breadcrumbs with the Parmesan, oregano, and garlic powder.
Pass the skewers through the mixture of flour, beaten egg and breadcrumbs.
Place the parchment paper on the tray, brush it with the oil and place the skewers.
Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.
