I baskets of flatbread with salad they are a simple and scenographic preparation, ideal to serve as an original antipasto or for one aperitif. In our recipe we used a single piadina, thus creating a single bowl from which to serve the salad; however, you can also make a piadina per person, to be enjoyed also as single dish vegetarian or to be enriched with morsels of mozzarella, smoked salmon or whatever you like. How to prepare baskets of flatbread with salad

Brush the melted butter over the flatbread 1

Prick the piadina with the tines of a fork 2so it won’t swell in cooking.

Put it in the corrugated mold, making it adhere well 3and bake at 180 ° C for 15 minutes.

Mix the lettuce with the rocket, cherry tomatoes, olives, olive oil, salt and pepper 4.
