How to prepare orange chestnuts

In a large bowl, mix the flour with the sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, salt and orange zest.

Add the eggs, milk, seed oil, orange juice and mix with a spatula.

When the dough begins to form, work with your hands to obtain a smooth and compact dough.

Divide the dough into sticks and cut them into pieces of about 15 g. Make a ball with each piece.

Fry them in hot oil until golden brown.

When they are ready, roll the damselfish in the sugar and serve.

It is advisable to consume the damselfish immediately after preparation, but you can keep the dough in the refrigerator for 1 day, covered with a transparent film.
