He chicken ladybug it’s a second course made with simple and succulent chicken, a classic recipe of popular Italian cuisine prepared for us by Chef Michele Ghedini for the Address Book Easy Gourmet. In this version, the chicken thighs and thighs are browned in the pan with a fried based on carrot, celery and onionmix with the White wine then cook gently with the Tomato puree and the aromas, salvia e Rosemary.

Prepare the chicken cacciatore for the family Sunday lunch or for a tasty dinner, accompanied by slices of fresh bread with which to make the slipper. So here’s how to achieve it.

You can also add a chilli pepperto give a spicy note to the preparation.

How to prepare Chicken Cacciatore

Chop the carrot, celery and onion and brown everything in a saucepan.

Add minced garlic and herbs and cook well.

Meanwhile, portion the chicken, so as to obtain the pieces for the preparation.

Salt it and brown it in a pan with the sautéed vegetables; shade with white wine, add olives and tomato.

Cook for about 40 minutes over low heat and covered.

Your chicken cacciatore is ready to serve.
