To make them you will need very few ingredients, just mix the minced chicken meat with grated potatoes, chopped onion, salt and pepper. The meatballs will then be placed on the pan, decorated with potato roses and cooked in the oven for about 40 minutes. How to make chicken meatballs with potato roses

Finely chop the onion. Peel the potatoes and cut the sides. Grate the cut pieces.

Mix ground chicken with pepper, salt, onion and grated potatoes.

Take 6 large meatballs and put them on the oven paper.

Cut the potatoes into slices using the mandolin. Season them with oil and a little salt.

Lay out 6 potato wedges and roll them neatly into a rose.

Place the rose on each meatball. Bake them in a static oven at 180°C for 40 minutes.

Potato Rose Chicken Meatballs are ready to serve.
