The Moist chocolate cake it is a very soft and delicious dessert, ideal for breakfast and the snack of the whole family. To make it we mixed egg yolks, sugar, flour, seed oil, cocoa powder, beaten egg whites, baking soda, baking powder and a drop of white vinegar. The cake should then bake in the oven for about an hour, before being tasted very soft and irresistible. Here are the steps to do it

How to prepare a moist chocolate cake

In a bowl, mix the flour with the baking soda, salt and baking powder. Put aside.

In another bowl, whisk the egg yolks and add 125 g of sugar and the milk little by little.

Mix the cocoa powder with the seed oil and mix well. Pour the mixture into the yolk mixture. Add the dry ingredients and mix well.

Beat the egg whites by adding the white vinegar and 150 g of sugar until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the egg whites into the mixture.

Pour the mixture into the circular mold (22 cm) and bake in a static oven at 170°C for 1 hour.

The moist chocolate cake is ready to be enjoyed.

storage

You can keep the chocolate cake moist for 3-4 days under a bell jar.
