How to prepare chicken and potato nuggets
Cut the chicken into pieces. Season it with the chilli, pepper, salt, minced garlic, starch and milk. Leave to marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Thinly slice the potatoes and let them soak in the water.
Place a piece of chicken in a potato slice, fold it and secure with the toothpick. Repeat the process to prepare other morsels. Fry them in hot oil until golden brown. The chicken and potato bites are ready to be enjoyed.
It is advisable to consume the chicken and potato nuggets immediately after preparation.
