Coconut and almond truffles: the recipe for quick and no-bake balls

I coconut and almond truffles they are quick treats and without cooking very easy to prepare, ideal to serve as dessert at the end of the meal, to enrich a dessert buffet or to taste for a fanciful one snack, with a cup of tea or coffee. To achieve them they will need only 3 ingredients: coconut flour, condensed milk e whole almonds, to be inserted inside the truffles. They will need to 10 minutes to prepare them: once ready, leave them to harden in the fridge for at least half an hour, before serving.

You can replace almonds with hazelnutsif you prefer, also based on availability.

How to prepare coconut and almond truffles

Mix the grated coconut with the condensed milk 1.

Make balls out of the dough 2.

Put an almond in each and close 3.

Shape the truffles and pass them in the grated coconut 4. Let it rest in the fridge for 30 minutes.

The coconut and almond truffles are ready to serve 5.

storage

The coconut and almond truffles can be kept in the refrigerator, in a special airtight container, for at least 2-3 days.
