To make it, we cooked it in a pan with vegetable broth i mushrooms with the potatoesbefore mixing them and adding the sausage patties with golden mushrooms in the pan.

How to prepare meatballs with mushroom and sausage cream

Chop an onion and sauté it in a pan.

Clean and cut the mushrooms, then add them to the pot, brown well.

Add the diced potatoes, cover with water or broth, close with the lid and cook for about 20 minutes.

Fry a few mushrooms separately with a clove of garlic, form sausage balls and cook them.

Mix the cream, put it on a plate, add the golden mushrooms and the meatballs. Also add a drizzle of oil and the parsley. The dish is ready.
