Cream tiramisu: the quick recipe with custard

In our recipe we have made a layer of ladyfingers dipped in milk instead of coffee, we then poured the custard on the ladyfingers, left to cool in the fridge and sprinkled with unsweetened cocoa powder. Here are all the steps to make it happen in no time.

You can wet the ladyfingers in the coffeeif you prefer, you can also flavor the cream with vanilla essence or with orange zestaccording to your tastes.

How to prepare tiramisu with cream

Dip the ladyfingers in the milk 1 and arrange them in the rectangular hinged mold 2. In a bowl, mix the sugar with the eggs 3 until the mixture is clear.

Add the cornstarch and mix 4. Combine the milk and continue mixing 5. Transfer the mixture to the saucepan, put on the stove and cook to get the cream 6. Add the lemon juice almost at the end of preparation.

Spread the cream on the ladyfingers 7 and leave in the fridge for 2-3 hours. Sprinkle the cocoa powder 8 and serve tiramisu as a dessert or as a delicious snack 9.


You can store the cream tiramisu in refrigerator per 2-3 daysi well covered.
