Egg-free sweet pancakes: the recipe for fluffy and delicious crafty pancakes

The sweet pancakes without eggs they are soft and delicious sweets, very easy to prepare, ideal for a delicious snack or to be served to at the end of the meal. To make them you will need to prepare a mixture based on farina 00, waterand pinch of salt e dry brewer’s yeast: in our recipe we have poured all the ingredients into a food bag with a zip, cut two small triangles at the base and obtained the pancakes directly from the bag, ready to be dipped in hot oil. It will be enough then fry them until golden brown and pass them in caster sugar, before serving them. A crafty recipe and greedy that will appeal to young and old alike.

You can flavor the dough with grated lemon or orange zest or with a little cinnamon or essence of vanillaso as to make them even more fragrant and delicious.

How to make egg-free sweet pancakes

Pour the dry yeast, salt, and water into a zip-lock bag 1 and mix.

Add the flour and close the bag 2.

Stir to mix everything 3 and let it rest for 40 minutes.

Cut two small triangles on the base of the bag 4

Pour small portions of the dough into the boiling oil 5.

Fry until golden brown 6.

Coat the pancakes in sugar and serve 7.

storage

It is advisable to consume pancakes immediately after preparation. Alternatively, you can store them for 1-2 days in an airtight container.
