Just like the traditional recipe, it consists of a classic base made with biscuits and melted butter, topped with one Ricotta Cream, honey and fig jam. You can prepare fig jam at home or buy it ready-made. Fig cheesecake can be enriched with nights finely chopped or sliced ​​almonds to be incorporated into the ricotta and cream cream; for chocolate lovers, you can also add some chocolate chips. If you prefer, you can blend 50 grams of hazelnuts with the biscuits to enrich the base and make it more rustic.

How to make fig cheesecake

Collect the cookies in the kitchen mixer 1 and blend them.
