Advice
As well as in the oven and in a pan, as in our recipe, you can also prepare fish skewers grilled. In this case, before proceeding with cooking, we suggest you collect the pieces of fish in a bowl with a generous drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, the juice of 1 lemon, 1 sprig of chopped parsley and a pinch of salt and pepper, and leave them to marinate in the fridge for at least half an hour before blanching them on a hot plate: in this way the meats will flavor to perfection, remaining soft and juicy.
storage
It is advisable to taste the fish skewers hot, at the moment. Alternatively they can be kept in the fridge, in an airtight container, for 1 day massimo.
