It is an easy and cheap recipe simply prepared with the onion, cut with a knife like a flower, then coated in a rich breading made from flour, eggs beaten with milk and breadcrumbs. How to prepare blooming onion

Crack the eggs into a bowl and lightly beat them with a whisk 1.
