How to make friarielli in a pan

Clean the friarielli and wash them well under running water 1.

Remove the toughest stems and separate the inflorescences from the leaves 2.

Pour a generous drizzle of extra virgin olive oil into a non-stick pan 3.

Mix the garlic cloves 4.
