How to prepare fried donuts with hazelnut cream

In a bowl, mix the lukewarm milk with the sugar, vanilla sugar and dry yeast. Add egg, seed oil and mix.

Add flour, salt and knead to obtain a smooth and compact dough. Let rise 1 hour.

Roll the dough into balls, roll them out with a rolling pin and press down in the center with a plastic cap to make a groove.

Cover the donuts with the kitchen towel and let rest for 20 minutes.

Fry them in hot oil until golden brown.

Pass them in the sugar and pour the hazelnut cream in the center.
