I fruit and chocolate ice cream cubes they are delicious sweets, perfect to be enjoyed at the end of a meal or for a delicious snack: one dark chocolate coating which encloses a creamy heart of nice-cream.

Preparing them is really very simple: just blend the banana not strawberries frozen with almond milk, create cubes in ice cream molds, dip them in melted chocolate and let them rest in the freezer.

Simple and tasty, they will conquer everyone, young and old.

How to prepare fruit and chocolate ice cream cubes

Before making the ice cream cubes, freeze the banana and strawberries. Once frozen, place them in the tall glass of the hand blender with the almond milk (1).

Blend the ingredients until they reach a creamy and compact consistency 2.

Pour the ice cream into the ice molds, leveling it well 3.

Stick a popsicle stick into each one 4. Leave in the freezer for 5 hours. After the necessary time, melt some dark chocolate and wait for it to cool down a bit.

Take the ice cream cubes from the freezer and dip them in the melted dark chocolate, covering all sides 5.

Arrange the cubes on a tray covered with parchment paper and let them rest in the freezer until the chocolate has solidified 6.

Remove the sticks and serve the bites of ice cream 7.

Advice

If you prefer a more delicate flavor, dark chocolate can be substituted with milk chocolate.

In addition, to enrich these sweets, it is possible to cover them with chopped hazelnuts or pistachios before the final rest.

Finally, to create a tastier version, you can replace the nice-cream with del vanilla ice creamjust like in the scoops of ice cream covered with chocolate.
