Fruit popsicles: the recipe for homemade popsicles with fresh fruit

In our recipe we have prepared popsicles with kiwi, strawberries e pineapplebut you can choose the fruit you prefer or that you have available, we have alternated the tastes, so as to obtain a succession of colors. Therefore, a few ingredients and a few minutes are enough to prepare them, the time to make them harden in the freezer and they will be ready to be tasted creamy, healthy and refreshing: they will please young and old alike.

If you don’t have popsicle molds available, you can also use the plastic cups e the wooden sticks for popsicles, one of the tricks to get perfect popsicles anyway.

How to make fruit popsicles

Peel and chop the kiwifruit 1.

Blend them with the hand blender until smooth 2.

Pour the smoothie into the popsicle molds 1/3 full 3 and leave in the freezer for 20 minutes.

Wash and clean the strawberries, cut them into pieces and blend them 4.

Pour the strawberry smoothie into the molds up to 2/3 of the way up 5 and leave in the freezer for 20 minutes.

Finally, also blend the pineapple and fill the molds up to the brim 6. Close the molds by inserting the lid with the stick.

Place the popsicles in the freezer for at least 6 hours before turning them out 7. To remove the popsicles from the molds easily, keep them at room temperature for 1 minute before serving.

The fruit popsicles are ready to be enjoyed 8.

storage

You can keep the popsicles in the freezer for approx 2 weeks.
