How to prepare tomato gratin

Cut the tomatoes into slices, empty both ends and add a pinch of salt.

Mix the breadcrumbs with the Parmesan, minced garlic, basil, oil and tomato sauce.

Grease the pan, place the tomatoes and fill them with the breadcrumb mixture. Mash well.

Bake at 190°C for 15 minutes.


If you prefer, you can substitute the basil fororigin.


Store leftover tomatoes in an airtight container – you can use them within 2-3 days.
