Once the fish has been flavored with an emulsion based on lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, garlic and chopped aromatic herbs, it is cooked on a hot plate for about ten minutes, turned gently, brushed again with the marinade and then cooked: the result will be a according to delicious, with tender and delicate meats, also ideal for those who follow a healthy and low-calorie diet but do not want to give up taste.

Before grilling the sea bass, it will need to be cleaned and gutted, but to reduce preparation time you can ask your trusted fishmonger for help. Buy fish very fresh, with a good smell of the sea, bright eyes, firm and elastic meats and, possibly, not farmed but fished in the open sea. How to prepare grilled sea bass

Squeeze the lemon 1 and filter the juice.
