The linguine with prawns I’m a first course of easy and tasty fish, prepared with fresh prawns, cherry tomatoes, garlic and parsley. A quick but very tasty dish, perfect for bringing the sea to the table in a few simple steps. Long pasta like linguine is perfect for this fresh seasoning and fragrant, suitable for any occasion: from lunch with the family to dinner with friends, it will win over young and old.

For an optimal result, it is essential that the ingredients are of best quality: in particular the prawns which must be very fresh and of the day. Once cleaned, these crustaceans are sautéed in a pan with a base of oil and garlic, blended with white wine and enriched with sweet and juicy cherry tomatoes: the result is a fragrant sauce and delicious, perfect to welcome a good long pasta.

If you prefer, you can shell out previously cooked prawns and serve them ready to be tasted: it can be especially useful if your guests are not familiar with fish dishes. You can prepare them in white, removing the cherry tomatoes, and adding lemon juice. Alternatively, you can try the recipe for pasta with shrimp and zucchini, and shrimp and burrata, equally delicious.

How to prepare linguine with prawns

Take the prawns and wash them well, removing the legs and head 1. If you want, you can leave a few whole for the final decoration of the plate.

Brown the garlic in a large pan with a drizzle of oil 2.

After a few minutes, add the prawns and continue cooking over medium heat 3.

After a few minutes, you will see that they will curl 4.

Add the cherry tomatoes, cut into cubes 5.

Cook for a few moments on high heat, then blend with the white wine 6 and let it evaporate.

Season with salt and perfume with chopped parsley 7.

Boil the linguine in plenty of boiling and lightly salted water, drain it al dente and pour it into a pan with the shrimp dressing 8.
