The loin skewers I am a second dish perfect if you want a delicious and tasty dish; a simple and quick recipe made for us by Chef Michele Ghedini for the Address Book Easy Gourmet. The arista rolls will be stuffed with cooked ham e Parmesan pieces, before being rolled up and coated in breadcrumbs, parsley, parmesan and minced garlic. The skewers will then have to cook in the oven For about 40 minutes, alternating with pieces of potatoes, before being served. Here’s how.

How to prepare loin skewers

Create a tasty breading with breadcrumbs, grated cheese, minced garlic and chopped parsley.

Cut the rack of pork and stuff each slice with a piece of rolled ham and parmesan shavings, then roll it all up.

Pass each roll in the breadcrumbs then stick it on the toothpicks, alternating with a few potato cubes.

Bake at 180°C for 40 minutes.

Your skewers are ready and you can serve them with your favorite side dish.

storage

You can keep the loin skewers in the fridge for 1-2 days, inside an airtight container, but it is advisable to consume them immediately after preparation, to enjoy them at their best.
