How to prepare the magic lemon cake

Beat the egg yolks with the sugar, butter and lemon zest. Add vanilla extract, flour, milk little by little and mix.

Add the whipped egg whites and mix them with upward movements.

Cover the mold with parchment paper and pour the mixture into it.

Bake at 150°C for 90 minutes, until the surface is golden brown.

Cut the cake into squares and decorate them with icing sugar, whipped cream and slices of lemon or whatever you like.
