Mandarin upside-down cake: the recipe for a good dessert to enjoy for breakfast

How to make Mandarin Orange Upside-Down Cake
Grease the mold with oil and place the parchment paper in the center. Sprinkle with sugar.
Peel and cut a few mandarins in half. Place them in the pan.
Mix the other mandarins with the eggs. Pass the smoothie through the strainer. Add the sugar, seed oil, salt and water and mix.
Sift the flour and baking powder into the mixture and mix well to prepare a smooth, creamy batter. Add the mandarin zest.
Pour the batter into the mold and bake at 180°C for 40 minutes.
Flip the cake over and sprinkle icing sugar on it.
Advice
If you wish, you can add more lemon wedges to the surface after cooking, to make the decoration different. In this case, however, they should be added raw and not baked.
storage
Store the cake in a glass bell jar, but remember to consume it within a maximum of 3 days, to prevent it from becoming too hard.
