How to prepare marinara mussels

Clean the mussels by removing the central beard 1.

Clean the shells externally with a net 2 and rinse them in plenty of cold water.

Prepare a sauce of oil and minced garlic in a large skillet 3.

Let it sizzle for a few moments, then add the mussels 4.

Cover with the lid and open the mussels over medium heat. As soon as they open, blend with the white wine 5.

Continue cooking for another 4-5 minutes, then add plenty of chopped parsley 6.
