You will need them to craft them green olive, black olive, capers, chilli pepper, peppercorns, corianderslices of lemon e olive oil. After the marinade phase, the olives marinated in spices will be ready to be tasted. Here’s how to make them in just a few steps.

How to prepare spiced marinated olives

Put the black and green olives in the glass jar.

Add capers, coriander seeds, peppercorns and red pepper flakes.

Arrange the lemon slices and repeat the operation until the jar is full.

Pour in the olive oil, close the jar hermetically with the cork and leave to marinate for 3 weeks.

storage

You can keep the marinated olives tightly closed in the refrigerator for about 2 weeks.
