How to make meat pancakes

Mix kefir with ground beef, egg, baking soda, salt, paprika, pepper and flour.

Make meatballs and brown them in oil in a pan.

Lift them and place them on a plate with absorbent paper, so as to remove the excess oil.

Potato pancakes are ready to serve.


If you wish, you can prepare a sweeter version without the paprika.


You can store the meat fritters in an airtight container and in the refrigerator for 2 days.
