How to make meat rolls with bacon

Spread the bacon cubes over the meat and roll it into buns. Wrap the bacon slices on the rolls.

Thread the wraps and mini sausages onto the skewers.

Melt the butter in the pan and cook the skewers until golden brown.

Add white wine, pepper, salt and rosemary. Continue to cook until they are ready.

Advice

Make sure the wine has completely evaporated before serving. Otherwise, add a very small amount of water.

storage

Store leftover rolls in an airtight container to store in the refrigerator, but consider consuming them within a day of baking.
