They are prepared with 3 simple ingredients, and without adding eggs in the dough, with the mushroomsautéed in a pan and creamed in a blender, breadcrumbs and grated parmesan. Once you have obtained a homogeneous mixture, all you have to do is shape many meatballs, coat them with breadcrumbs and bake them for 15 minutes: this will give you golden and fragrant bites, crisp on the outside and sweet at heart, perfect for packing ahead and taking with you to work for a tasty and satisfying break.

For a more delicious result, you can fry the meatballs in boiling seed oil or you can customize them to your liking by enriching them with diced cheese, chopped bologna, sliced ​​black olives, various spices and herbs.

We have opted for fresh mushrooms, easily available all year round, but if you prefer you can replace them with porcini mushrooms, oyster mushrooms, more precious and with a meaty consistency or, alternatively, with a packet of mixed mushrooms frozen food.

How to make meatballs with mushrooms
