How to prepare potato cubes

Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes. Let them soak in salt water for about 10 minutes.

Put them in a pan of salted water and cook covered for 5 minutes. Let them dry.

Transfer the potatoes to a bag, add the cornstarch and stir to completely cover.

Then pass them in the beaten egg and then in the breadcrumbs.

Finally fry them in boiling oil until golden brown.

Advice

You can serve the potato cubes with sauces: those that go best with them are mayonnaise, ketchup and barbecue sauce.

storage

Being fried, the cubes should be eaten no later than the next day. Meanwhile, store them in an airtight container.
