How to make potato nuggets

Boil the potatoes and mash them with the milk, butter and salt.

Transfer the mixture to the sac à poche.

Cover the pan with plastic wrap and pour the mixture into four strips.

Leave in the freezer for 2 hours.

Cut the strips into pieces and pass them through flour, beaten egg and breadcrumbs.

Fry the nuggets in hot oil.

Advice

storage
