Potato sticks and paprika: the delicious and crunchy recipe
THE potato and paprika sticks are simple and delicious crunchy sticks, to serve as antipasto or for a aperitif. How to prepare potato and paprika sticks
Peel off the potatoes and cook them in water for 15 minutes.
Mash the boiled potatoes in a sieve to make a mash. Mix with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, parsley, grated cheese and potato starch.
Mix the ingredients well and you get a smooth and compact paste.
Divide the dough into two parts and roll each with a rolling pin. Get a rectangle and cut it into sticks.
Transfer the sticks to the hot oil and fry until golden brown.
