Mix the eggs with the milk, flour, baking powder and vanilla extract.

Whisk the egg whites with the lemon juice and sugar.

Combine the two compounds and transfer them to the pouch bag.

Pour the pancakes into the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side with the lid on.

Serve them with icing sugar, cream and crushed hazelnuts.
