The quesadillas I am a single dish typical of tex-mex cuisine. They are white corn tortillas stuffed with the most diverse ingredients, ideal for a quick meal or a dinner to enjoy on the sofa with your closest friends. From vegetables and meat to various spices and condiments, quesadillas can be garnished in a thousand ways. As its name suggests, the ingredient that cannot be missing is the questionor the fmooringwhich is really the essential element of these fragrant and super stringy leaves.

Quick and easy, just prepare the tortillas mix white corn flour with warm water and salt. You collect a few discs with a rolling pin, then cook on a very hot non-stick pan, a few minutes on each side. If you prefer, you can accompany it with a yoghurt cream or Enchilada sauce, made with tomatoes and chilli. Mexican queso is the cheese used for this recipe, but hard to find in Italy. You can use fountain, emmental or cheddar. You can flavor the chicken with sweet or spicy paprika, to add before cooking.

How will I prepare the quesadillas

Put the flour in a bowl, add salt and lukewarm water 1.

Work the dough to pack it well with your hands 3.
