Once the dough is made, you will need rest in the fridge, before forming a loaf that will be steamed for half an hour. After cooking, we will form the rice balls, ready to serve garnished with vegetables, Sesame oil e soya sauce; seasoning that you can vary by replacing the vegetables with shellfish or seafoodsuch as prawns, clams or mussels, or season them with pesto or tomato sauce, to customize them to your liking.

You can prepare the rice gnocchi in advance and store them in the refrigerator, on a flour-dusted tray, or you can freeze them: place them first on a well-spaced tray and then in freezer bags. Once cooked and seasoned, however, it is advisable to consume them immediately.
