How to prepare roast beef with salt

Finely chop the herbs with a knife on a cutting board 1.

Massage the meat with the chopped herbs to distribute them evenly 2.

Pour some of the coarse salt into the bottom of a saucepan a little larger than the piece of meat and quite high 3.

Arrange the roast beef in the center and begin to cover it with the remaining coarse salt 4.

Advice

Be very careful not to open the oven during cooking, so that the meat remains tender and juicy inside.
