How to prepare rustici with cheese and sausages

Cut the puff pastry into rectangles and roll the sausage inside to cover it well on all sides. If desired, add cream cheese to the base.

Seal the edges and cut into small pieces.

Place them on a baking sheet and brush them with a yolk beaten with a little milk.

Add the sesame if you prefer and bake at 190°C for 15 minutes.

Serve them hot and they will be delicious.

storage

It is advisable to consume the rustici of cheese and cold cuts immediately after preparation. Alternatively, you can store them for 1 day in an airtight container.
