How to make savory plumcake

Boil 5 eggs.

Grease the bread pan with oil. Place a piece of parchment paper and use two paper clips to hold it in place.

In a bowl, whisk the remaining eggs with the yogurt and olive oil. Add pepper, salt, flour and instant yeast. Mix the ingredients well. Also add the ham and grated cheese.

Pour half of the batter into the mold and place the hard-boiled eggs. Pour the rest of the mixture.

Bake in a static oven at 180°C for 30 minutes.


Depending on your personal tastes and those of your guests, you can replace the cooked ham with raw ham, speck or bacon.


Store this savory tart in a cool, dry place, but consume it no later than the day after it is prepared, as hard-boiled eggs tend to spoil quickly.
