To make it, we soaked the peeled red lentils, which we then blended with eggs, yogurt and olive oil. Then just add the feta and the diced cheeseil instant yeast for savory pies, spices and herbs. The quiche will then be sprinkled with Sesame seeds, before baking. The final result will be a soft, racy and irresistible rustic.

You can vary the filling with the cheeses you prefer or add some prosciutto o grilled vegetables.

How to prepare the savory pie with red lentils
