How to prepare the yogurt and strawberry crumble
Combine brown sugar with lemon zest, flour, oats, baking powder, and salt. Add the butter and vanilla extract and mix.
Mix the yogurt with the sugar and cornstarch.
Extend the biscuit obtained in the bottom of the collapsible square mould. Spread the cream and distribute the strawberries cut into small pieces. Add more cookie crumbs as well.
Bake at 180°C for 40 minutes.
