How to make fluffy apple pie

Preheat the oven to 170°C.

Beat the eggs with the sugar. Add vanilla extract, yogurt, flour, baking powder and ground cinnamon. Mix well, gradually adding the flour.

Cut an apple into cubes and add it to the mixture.

Spread the mixture in the mold and place the very thin apple slices.

Pour the melted butter over the cake and bake in the oven at 170°C for 1h30.

Tips

If you want to get a different taste, you can add it to the batter drop of chocolate.

If, on the contrary, you want to obtain a lighter dough, you can replace the butter with Margarine.

storage

Store the apple pie under a glass bell jar at most 3-4 days. If stored for several days, it will no longer be soft.
