I puff pastry squares with feta and spinach I am a antipasti quick and tasty, also excellent for an aperitif with friends. To make them, we chopped the spinach with garlic, parsley, then added the Cream cheesethere feta cheese not almonds. The mixture will then be used to stuff the leaf paste, before making squares. The rustic puff pastry will then be baked in the oven For about 20 minutesbefore being tasted.

How to Make Spinach and Feta Puff Pastry Squares

Put the spinach, parsley, garlic in the food processor and mix.

When the ingredients are finely chopped, add the cream cheese, feta, salt and pepper. Mix the ingredients well into a creamy mixture. Add the almonds and continue to mix.

Roll out the first roll of puff pastry and cut into squares.

Spoon the spinach mixture into the center of each square and fold each corner towards the center.

Transfer rolls to baking sheet and brush with beaten egg.

Bake them in a static oven at 180°C for 20 minutes.

Spinach and feta squares are ready to serve.

You can store the puff pastry squares with feta and spinach in the refrigerator for 1-2 daysi, covered with a transparent film.
