Gradually add 100 g of sugar, 100 ml of fresh liquid cream and 70 g of potato starch, always continuing to blend. Finally add 500 grams of ricotta and continue to mix. Pour the mixture into a rectangular pan covered with parchment paper, and cook at 180 ° C for about 40 minutes. Then serve with powdered sugar.
