The stuffed meatloaf ball It’s a variation on the classic meatloaf in which minced meat is wrapped in ham, cheese, and bacon. The cooking is done in the oven and to serve everything you can place it on a bed of lettuce or add some garnish potatoes. It will be ready to serve in less than an hour, and if it is piping hot and fresh from the oven, some prefer it warmer.

How to make stuffed meatloaf ball

Mix the minced meat with the salt, pepper, cheese and egg.

Make a big ball of meat.

Arrange the slices of bacon and place the ball in the center.

Cover the meatball with the slices of ham and cheese.

Close with the slices of bacon and bake at 180°C for 45 minutes.

Advice

If you like, you can replace the ham with turkey breast or salami. The latter, however, is saltier, so pay attention to the dose of seasoning.

storage

Store leftover meatloaf in an airtight container to place in the zero drawer of the refrigerator; it will stay soft and tasty until the next day.
