How to make stuffed pancakes in the oven

To prepare the pancakes: beat the eggs with the milk, melted butter, flour and salt 1.

Melt the butter in the pan and pour the batter. Cook the pancakes on both sides 2.

To prepare the béchamel: pour the milk and butter into the saucepan and stir until melted. Add the flour and stir over the heat until it becomes thick. Add salt and nutmeg 3.

Spread the béchamel in the center of the pancakes and place 2 layers of cheese and ham on top 4.
