The Girella Cake it’s a sweet simple and scenographic excellent for breakfast and the snack for the whole family: a soft and delicious cake made from eggs, sugar, flour, milk, oil and baking powder and decorated on the surface with a spiral Of hazelnut cream. How to prepare the swivel cake

In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until the mixture is light and fluffy. Add milk, seed oil and continue mixing.

Sift the flour, baking powder, salt and mix well.

Pour the batter into the floured circular mold (22 cm). Pour the hazelnut cream using the pocket bag, forming a spiral.

Bake in a static oven at 170°C for 30 minutes.

Sprinkle with icing sugar before serving.

storage

You can keep the cake rotating for 2-3 days under a glass bell, in a cool, dry place.
